The Rest and Renew Program
The 10 Week Rest and Renew Program Includes:
Comprehensive assessments helping you to understand your personal energy in the way of natural rhythms of sleep, fluctuations of energy levels and cycles throughout the day and month and season; along with discovering unknown energy leaks.
10 Weekly short, prerecorded video lessons released each Sunday. Each week is dedicated to one of the 7 energy dimensions and the impact daily habits have upon energy levels.
Brief homework assignments allowing for self-refection of current habits and development of new habits.
Weekly one hour group coaching sessions via zoom. Coaching sessions to be held each Monday evening. Will be recorded if unable to make it.
Connection with a community of women desiring more energy.
Weekly challenges of working small habit changes with accountability support from the group.
